The sea of slop
We’ve entered the era of mass-produced, LLM generated dev content. Posts hyping ai and posts hating ai are both generated by ai. You have to dig through mountains of plastic garbage to find original, human-written dev articles.
Agentic coding without the circus
Agentic coding is here to stay, but the discourse around it is unbearable. Companies spam the internet with auto generated content about ai to appeal to investors, managers are pushing token quotas and social media is filled with ai hype and doom scenarios. The boring, useful articles are invisible.
Human in control
AI is just a tool. It’s not a sacred technology. As with any tool, people will adapt it to real-world use. Devs will find ways to build the right tooling and workflows around agents, improving the quality and experience of agentic coding without loosing the joy of the craft. But this information can get lost in an ocean of outrage and slop.
Off autopilot
The purpose of this newsletter is to preserve this genuine human-authored content. It’s a place for devs who are interested in agentic coding but are tired of the hype and drama around it.
Each week, you’ll get an email with a list of carefully handpicked, human-written original articles about agentic coding. No hype / doom scenarios, no slop, no marketing, only useful, practical information and real human thoughts.
Let’s master ai, not outsource our thinking to it!
